PHH Arval’s Halliday Names Senior Management Team in Canada

Jim Hal­l­i­day, Pres­i­dent, North Amer­i­ca of PHH Arval — soon to be renamed Ele­ment Fleet Man­age­ment fol­low­ing its acqui­si­tion in July — has announced his senior man­age­ment team in Cana­da. Two are from Ele­ment, and two from PHH Arval:

Pat Furgiuele
Since Novem­ber 2013, Furgiuele has held the posi­tion of senior vice pres­i­dent and gen­er­al man­ag­er of Cana­da for PHH Arval. She start­ed with the com­pa­ny in 2011 as the Finance leader for Cana­da and since then has held posi­tions of increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty.

Sud­ha Dwive­di
Start­ing with PHH Arval in 2008, Sud­ha Dwive­di has held sev­er­al posi­tions of increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty in the Human Resources func­tion. Sud­ha will now lead the HR func­tion for Cana­da and is respon­si­ble for devel­op­ing and exe­cut­ing the human resources strat­e­gy specif­i­cal­ly in the areas of tal­ent man­age­ment, orga­ni­za­tion­al and per­for­mance man­age­ment, train­ing and devel­op­ment, and com­pen­sa­tion.

Chris Git­tens
Christo­pher Git­tens joined Gen­er­al Elec­tric Cap­i­tal in 2004 and joined GE Cap­i­tal Fleet Ser­vices in 2008, which was acquired by Ele­ment Finan­cial Corp. in 2013. Chris has held posi­tions of increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty, all focused on Sales, Busi­ness Devel­op­ment, and Cus­tomer Rela­tion­ships. In his new role, Chris will lead Cana­di­an sales and client teams and be respon­si­ble for com­mer­cial activ­i­ties and exe­cu­tion, includ­ing sales oppor­tu­ni­ties and creating/maintaining strong cus­tomer rela­tion­ships.

Sumair Mirza
Sumair Mirza got his start in the fleet indus­try when he joined Gen­er­al Elec­tric in 2003. Dur­ing his 10 years in the fleet indus­try, Sumair has devel­oped a broad range of exper­tise in Mar­ket­ing, Oper­a­tions, Strate­gic Con­sult­ing, Sourc­ing, Strate­gic Ini­tia­tives, and Prod­uct Devel­op­ment. In his new role, Sumair will over­see all prod­ucts and ser­vices while man­ag­ing the oper­a­tional inte­gra­tion com­po­nents to sup­port North Amer­i­can cus­tomer solu­tions.
