MetroGistics Adds Adam Laura as Director of Strategic Accounts

Met­r­o­Gis­tics, a full-ser­vice vehi­cle trans­porta­tion com­pa­ny, has announced the hir­ing of Adam Lau­ra as direc­tor of strate­gic accounts. In this role, Adam will be respon­si­ble for main­tain­ing rela­tion­ships with key cus­tomer accounts as well as devel­op­ing and grow­ing Met­r­o­Gis­tics’ cus­tomer port­fo­lio.

Adam most recent­ly worked at Ship­CarsNow, a sub­sidiary of Union Pacif­ic, where he served as man­ag­er, busi­ness devel­op­ment. His pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence also includes posi­tions with Insight Net­work Logis­tics (anoth­er sub­sidiary of Union Pacif­ic) as well as TNT Logis­tics. He has held lead­er­ship posi­tions in net­work analy­sis, oper­a­tions, pro­cure­ment, account man­age­ment and busi­ness devel­op­ment.
