New Study Says Voice Texting Still Distracting

While more and more states ban dri­vers from tex­ting, many automak­ers have been adding voice tex­ting fea­tures to their vehi­cles. These voice-to-text fea­tures are a means of com­pro­mise, sup­pos­ed­ly mak­ing for a safer tex­ting expe­ri­ence, but accord­ing to a study by the Texas Trans­porta­tion Insti­tute, are just as dis­tract­ing.
