The com­pe­ti­tion between two Ger­man lux­u­ry automak­ers is one of the most bit­ter bat­tles in the Amer­i­can auto­mo­tive mar­ket­place, and this year, Mer­cedes-Benz aims to top­ple rival BMW to become the best-sell­ing lux­u­ry auto­mo­tive brand in the world’s largest high-end mar­ket. And key fac­tor lies in a wave of new prod­ucts, but also expand­ing into new mar­kets, says Mer­cedes-Benz U.S. Chief Exec­u­tive Steve Can­non.
