Dogged by technology problems, Chrysler dropped several notches in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Initial Quality Study. Chrysler brand fell nine rankings, to No. 25, despite a successful launch of the Chrysler 300 sedan. Chrysler Group’s other brands, Jeep, Dodge and Ram, climbed 2, 3 and 8 spots respectively to help the automaker post a 6.6 percent improvement over its results in last year’s study.
