Another Recall from Toyota Raises Safety Concerns

MSNBC.com - February 23, 2011

Toyota has issued an additional safety recall of 2.14M vehicles regarding safety issues with loose floor mats and carpet, similar to the recall in October, 2009. Recently cleared by the NHTSA for electronics-related issues, this recall again raises concern regarding Toyota’s reputation for building very reliable vehicles. Toyota has announced a proactive approach to all safety issues, and this latest recall is an example of the company’s policy.
