Strong con­sumer response for ad cam­paigns pro­mot­ing Fies­ta and Fusion hybrids moved Ford ahead of com­peti­tors for tak­ing the first ever Nielsen Auto­mo­tive Green Mar­keter of the Year Award pre­sent­ed dur­ing the LA Auto Show. Ford also scored by run­ning those efforts as part of its spon­sor­ship of the “Amer­i­can Idol” TV show.
