Car Buyers Still Checking Fuel Economy

Accord­ing a sur­vey spon­sored by Cap­i­tal One Auto Finance, 53 per­cent of car buy­ers expect their next vehi­cle to be more fuel effi­cient. Even more said they would con­sid­er a small­er vehi­cle. Although only four per­cent cur­rent­ly owned a hybrid or elec­tric, about one-third said they’re like­ly to buy some type of alter­na­tive vehi­cle.
