Chrysler Group and Chery Automobile signed a deal to export Chinese-built autos to the US and elsewhere in the first attempt by a US automaker to use China as a manufacturing base for world markets. The vehicles made by the two auto manufacturers could become the first cars produced in China to be sold in the US. Chery is China’s largest and fastest-growing automaker.
