Green Automotive Digest Comes Back

Green Automotive Digest will start up again Tuesday, and will be a weekly publication tracking the business of green cars, fuels, and technologies. It’s read by about 65,000 managers in the auto industry – dealers, OEMs, suppliers, fleets, associations, and R&D.

This week you’ll see a video interview with John Boesel, President and CEO of CALSTART; coverage of Plug-In Electric Vehicle Infrastructure USA 2012 (which I’ll be attending on Wednesday); and Earth Day marketing by dealers including a statewide program in Colorado.

It’s going to look a bit different than the last edition released in December – as will happen within the family of publications (Dealer Digest Daily, Fleet Management Weekly, Used Car Market Reports, and Dealer Lookout), Green Automotive Digest will follow a similar Style Guide being adopted companywide – as well stated in best-selling books Content Rules and Curation Nation – in the age of digital media, the rules of the game have changed. How can you best reach, serve, and engage busy, distracted readers who are also creators of their own content in social media? A very good question, and the Automotive Digest team is finding out what can work well in this age of new media.
