I’ll be going to my first-ever NADA conference in about 10 days in Las Vegas. There won’t be too much focus on green machines, since Green Automotive Digest is on hiatus for now, and these interviews will go primarily into Dealer Digest Daily and Used Car Market Reports.

1. Do you see dealers using their marketing savvy and presence in local markets to effectively market hybrids, electric vehicles, or alt-fuel vehicles?
2. Do you think resale values will matter much to shoppers looking at new green machines?
3. What are methods businesses can use to do digital marketing and social media to promote these vehicles?
4. How do you feel about the 54.5 mpg CAFE standard for 2025?
