Donlen Partners with Top Canadian Fleet Firm

Donlen announced their strate­gic align­ment with Jim Pat­ti­son Lease, a lead­ing Cana­di­an fleet man­age­ment com­pa­ny with more than 28,000 vehi­cles under lease or man­age­ment and part of the Jim Pat­ti­son Group, one of Canada’s largest pri­vate­ly held com­pa­nies.

Under the agree­ment, the co-brand­ed Donlen/Jim Pat­ti­son Lease main­te­nance prod­uct will pro­vide Cana­di­an cus­tomers with fleet man­age­ment ser­vices from coast-to-coast and offer an estab­lished ven­dor net­work of ser­vice and repair facil­i­ties, as well as knowl­edge­able, bilin­gual main­te­nance tech­ni­cians. In addi­tion, dri­vers will access the exten­sive net­work using a co-brand­ed main­te­nance card.

Donlen cus­tomers will ben­e­fit in a num­ber of ways. Going for­ward, Donlen will be their sin­gle point of con­tact for all Cana­di­an ser­vices, and all fleet-relat­ed data, includ­ing main­te­nance his­to­ries, will be con­sol­i­dat­ed in FleetWeb. This allows for a sin­gle invoice from Donlen for all North Amer­i­can ser­vices.

“In choos­ing a Cana­di­an part­ner, there were two areas where we wouldn’t com­pro­mise: a strong focus on cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion and the abil­i­ty to pro­vide ser­vices to the same high stan­dard that we do at Donlen. Jim Pat­ti­son Lease deliv­ers on both,” said Gus Xam­plas, Donlen’s VP, Gen­er­al Man­ag­er Cana­da. “With this agree­ment, we’re also able to pro­vide com­plete FleetWeb data inte­gra­tion – a key fac­tor for our cus­tomers with Cana­di­an oper­a­tions.”

That means every inter­ac­tion we have is impor­tant to our long-term rela­tion­ship with our cus­tomers. We’re proud to part­ner with Donlen and we look for­ward to work­ing togeth­er.”

The alliance is effec­tive as of May 2, 2014. More infor­ma­tion will be pro­vid­ed to Donlen cus­tomers by their account man­agers.
