Appearing Savvy Helps Women Reduce Repair Costs


Women who don’t appear knowledgeable about cost may end up paying more than men, according to new study by the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Women who research repair costs and express knowledge of the market price receive repair quotes in line with that expectation.  How did the men do?
