Women who don’t appear knowl­edge­able about cost may end up pay­ing more than men, accord­ing to new study by the Kel­logg School of Man­age­ment at North­west­ern Uni­ver­si­ty.

Women who research repair costs and express knowl­edge of the mar­ket price receive repair quotes in line with that expec­ta­tion.  How did the men do?
