Ford just celebrated the 10th anniversary of its “Driving Skills for Life” education program to help teens become safe drivers. In May 2003, the Ford Motor Co. Fund partnered in Michigan with the Governors Highway Safety Association to curb teen fatalities on highways. Since then, the program has expanded from one or two programs with high school students a year to about 200 high schools across the US this year.
