Diesel and Gasoline See Highest Price Points Since October

Diesel rose 8.2 cents to $4.104 a gal­lon this week, the fourth straight increase and the high­est price since Octo­ber, while gaso­line rose for an eighth week, the Depart­ment of Ener­gy said. Gaso­line rose 7.3 cents to $3.611 a gal­lon and has risen 35.7 cents in eight straight weeks of increas­es, DOE fig­ures showed. Both fuel prices are the high­est since Oct. 22, 2012.
