ARI, CEI, and Wheels Up for Ste­vie Awards
The 7th annual Ste­vie Awards for Sales & Cus­tomer Ser­vice orga­niz­ing team has named three fleet indus­try com­pa­nies to the list of final­ists… ARI has been nom­i­nated for the Con­tact Cen­ter of the Year cat­e­gory for pro­vid­ing supe­rior cus­tomer ser­vice to fleet man­agers and fleet vehi­cle dri­vers when issues arise rel­a­tive to main­te­nance and acci­dents. The CEI Group, Inc. was named a final­ist in the Call Cen­ter of the Year cat­e­gory for its com­mit­ment to pro­vid­ing the high­est lev­els of ser­vice to its cus­tomers, which include insur­ance com­pa­nies, fleet and risk pro­fes­sion­als, and fleet dri­vers across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Wheels, Inc. was named a final­ist in the Sales & Cus­tomer Ser­vice cat­e­gory. Wheels’ Work­force Man­age­ment Team made the short­list for Back-Office Cus­tomer Ser­vice Team of the Year. The WMT is a team of staffing experts that uti­lizes a com­bi­na­tion of advanced tech­nol­ogy and best-in-class processes. Gov­ern­ment Fleet Pol­icy & Pro­ce­dure Bench­mark­ing Webi­nar
National Con­fer­ence of State Fleet Admin­is­tra­tors and ARI are con­duct­ing a free webi­nar to review and dis­cuss the results of a com­pre­hen­sive pol­icy and pro­ce­dure bench­mark­ing study con­ducted by ARI last fall. ARI com­piled responses from over 70 par­tic­i­pat­ing gov­ern­ment orga­ni­za­tions and now they will review the results of this study in a free webi­nar on Wednes­day, Feb. 13 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
