Manheim Used Vehicle Value Index Sees Uptick into New Year

Accord­ing to the Man­heim Used Vehi­cle Val­ue Index for Decem­ber and all of 2012, it was a good end­ing to a sol­id year. The Index rose 1.2% over Novem­ber, and was down 0.8% year over year. While it was down, there was a strong upward ral­ly in the fourth quar­ter.
