Nissan Rolling Out New Vehicles with Proactive Safety Features

Pas­sive safety fea­tures like air bags and crash pro­tec­tion engi­neer­ing design are com­mon­place in new cars today, but what about proac­tive safety fea­tures? Nis­san is empha­siz­ing this strat­egy as it rolls out upcom­ing new vehi­cles. Among the addi­tions: elec­tron­i­cally man­aged steer­ing, vehi­cles smart enough to park them­selves and some that swerve auto­mat­i­cally to avoid pedes­tri­ans, and autonomous emer­gency steering.
