Ram Introduces First Factory-Direct Gasoline/CNG Pickup

Chrysler’s Ram 2500 Heavy Duty CNG pickup, avail­able to fleet cus­tomers, is the first factory-direct pickup to run on gaso­line and com­pressed nat­ural gas. The pickup starts on gaso­line and switches over auto­mat­i­cally to CNG in about two min­utes. The fuel range in CNG mode is esti­mated at 255 miles, with 367 miles total after an eight-gallon gaso­line tank is exhausted.
