Deal­ers are con­tin­u­al­ly work­ing to boost sales and prof­it in the parts and ser­vice end of their busi­ness. The goal is to cov­er total deal­er­ship over­head with back-end prof­its. This can be very allu­sive and unat­tain­able by most deal­ers. My Auto Import Cen­ter in Muskegon, Michi­gan, has devel­oped a plan to achieve this goal.
