Consumer Electronics Technology Coming to Entry-Level Cars


Vehi­cle sales slow­down has automak­ers scram­bling to entice buy­ers into their cars. Inter­faces to con­nect and con­trol con­sumer elec­tron­ics as well as on-board sys­tems are now being added to entry-lev­el cars at $20K. Ford’s Sync is going glob­al next year and promis­es to add many attrac­tive fea­tures.
